DESCRIPTION:The first ICE-ARC General Assembly will be held in Barcelona\, Spain\, hosted by CSIC at the meeting at the Institute of Marine Sciences on the 27th-29th November 2017 \n\nDate: 27th- 29th November 2017 \nPlease register on EventBrite \nVenue: Institute of Marine Sciences (ICM) \nAddress: Passeig Marítim de la Barceloneta\, 37-49. E-08003 Barcelona\, Spain \nAbstracts: Please submit your abstracts online\, this can be done after registration\, until the deadline of the 31st October. Everyone should try to either give a talk\, and/or present a poster on their work. If you’ve done a poster for a previous meeting\, please bring it along (but add the abstract so we have the right number of boards). \nThere will also be a poster session\, please state if you will be providing a poster. The cuisine is Mediterranean\, with great prominence of rice dishes\, fish and seafood. \n  \n  \nDirections\nDirections from the airport \n* Aerobus (30 minutes): \nThis bus goes from the airport to different parts of the city. To come to the hotel you have to stop in Plaça Catalunya\, then take the metro line 1 (red line)until Marina and Once in Marina\, walk four blocks going down the street and you will find the hotel on the left hand. \n* Train (30 minutes): \nTake the train at the airport until Passeig de Gràcia. In Passeig de Gràcia you have to change and take the metro line 4  (yellow line)  until Bogatell. Once in Bogatell\, you walk two blocks going down the street\, and on the right hand you will find the hotel. \n** The train station is in Terminal 2. If your flight arrives in Terminal 1 you have to take a bus from this terminal to the train station.** \n* By taxi (20-30 minutes): \nIn front of the Terminal there is a taxi stop.
