Ilulissat Climate Days
The Ilulissat Climate Days will especially address recent, ongoing and future changes in the ice in and around Greenland, with a special focus on the effects for the Greenland society. These effects have significant impact on traditional hunting and fisheries, but also new opportunities for hydrocarbon exploration, mining and hydropower. Arctic Circle
The Arctic Circle, an open assembly for international cooperation on Arctic issues, will reconvene in Reykjavík, Iceland, at the Harpa Concert Hall and Conference Centre, October 16-18th 2015. Sessions will bring together a diverse group of stakeholders from around the world, and participants are invited to interact at roundtables, receptions and special events in the world's northernmost capital city.
